Since 1988, FCE Benefit Administrators, Inc. has been providing benefit solutions to Service Contract Industry/Javits Wagner O’Day (SCA/JWOD) contract organizations and their employees

Company was formed

Originally named Federal Contract Employees Health and Welfare Fund, Inc., FCE was formed with initial services including:

  • Health & Welfare Benefit Design and Administration services,
  • Membership Enrollment and Presentation services,
  • Government Regulatory Compliance services,

We Incorporated

Renamed to FCE

Training Implemented

FCE unveiled a new three-tier training program to empower our employees with the necessary tools for success:

  • New Employee On-Boarding
  • Enrichment Training
  • Leadership Training.
2017

Security Certifications

FCE’s systems (user workstations, remote user laptops, TAS, Claimscape, and corporate firewalls) earned Certified status for information security by HITRUST. FCE is also compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and annually submits to SAS 70 Type I and Type II audits.
