Plan Management/Eligibility Administration
Your dedicated team includes specialists who reconcile obligated contributions with reported hours and update the coverage status of your employees
accordingly. These specialists are trained in the compliance requirements of COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA and Medicare Part D.
FCE believes that customization and continuity of services are vital to the maintenance of an effective relationship between your organization and
ours. Accordingly, FCE will provide brokers/consultants and their clients with an Account Manager who will serve as the primary contact for all issues,
routine and non-routine, that may arise during the course of administering the plan. Your Account Manager will be thoroughly versed in the features of your
plan and will bring to bear a working insight into the unique needs of the government contractor’s organization.
We maintain ongoing communications with brokers/consultants, employers, employees, benefit providers, government agencies and insurance carriers. We provide
on-site enrollment, assistance with provider access, facilitation of plan implementation and carrier reporting.
Site Administration Services
FCE professionals are available to accompany brokers/consultants on client site visits. We are available to provide additional support explaining benefits
and enrolling initial participant groups.
Secure Online Administration
On the FCE Website, clients electing to have online access can utilize our Benefit Management System. With a personalized Employer Code, Username and Password,
your client’s designated Human Resources management personnel will be able to manage most aspects of an employee’s benefits.
Web Enabled Enrollment
HIPAA compliant online enrollment services are now available for FCE’s clients. This state of the art programming is offered to capture individual employee
plan elections at annual/open enrollment events or for year round maintenance.
FCE facilitates your relationship with the plan Trustee. Trustee services include the following:
receive and deposit trust contributions
reconcile bank statements
review and reconcile income and expenditures
review bills and provide for payment of claims and plan expenses
prepare periodic financial statements
prepare annual Form 5500 and Summary Annual Reports as required by the Department of Labor
coordinate annual audit, if required by regulation, with auditing firm, and invest assets.
