As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Software Development. This position will be responsible for resolving customer issues while also accurately redirecting problems to next level support. FCE requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a IT support role, a strong foundation of any help desk software, and the ability to work on different projects with different levels of priority.
