This comprehensive health benefit information and management tool is available to each of our employer groups. Our clients have 24/7 access to eligibility information, real-time claim status and contribution information. Additional features include viewing online plan summaries, generating client specific reports and requesting ID cards.
With secure user authentication processes in place, only designated HR management personnel are able to access plan details.
Web Enabled Enrollment Services
This state of the art, HIPAA compliant, online service is offered is offered to FCE clients globally to capture individual employee plan elections during enrollment events and/or for year round maintenance. Our participating employees are able to update their benefit records and manage Life Events from anywhere internet access is available. Employee data is seamlessly transferred to client HRIS and payroll systems, and applicable benefit carriers.
