On the FCE Website, clients electing to have online access can utilize our Benefit Management System. With a personalized Employer Code, Username and Password, your client’s designated Human Resources management personnel will be able to manage most aspects of an employee’s benefits.

Trustee Services
FCE facilitates your relationship with the plan Trustee. Trustee services include the following: receive and deposit trust contributions, reconcile bank statements, review and reconcile income and expenditures, review bills and provide for payment of claims and plan expenses, prepare periodic financial statements, prepare annual Form 5500 and Summary Annual Reports as required by the Department of Labor, coordinate annual audit, if required by regulation, with auditing firm, and invest assets.
