FCE's toll-free Member Services number is maintained for participants and providers to verify eligibility and benefits, check the status of claims, and obtain assistance with Plan provisions. Additionally, our representatives are trained to provide guidance to employees during enrollment events, life changes and termination of employment. Replacement ID Cards may also be requested.
Live customer service professionals are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST. Spanish speaking representatives are available.
